The IC20 Medium ActiveX™ Mattress is a hospital-grade pressure care mattress designed for long-term use at home, balancing comfort, support and everyday mobility.
With a medium feel, excellent immersion and firm edge support, the IC20 assists safer transfers, repositioning and in-bed movement while helping reduce pressure build-up.
Temperature-regulating Bluetec™ and Vant™ fabric technologies help keep the skin dry and cool, while the flip-free design, washable cover and adjustable bed compatibility make it a practical, low-maintenance choice for users, carers and clinicians. The IC20 is listed as a high-risk pressure care mattress with a 200mm height and 30–200kg user weight range.

Icare Medical Group provides a 10-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of invoice.
Heat and harsh chemicals may damage the cooling fibres, 3D mesh border, zipper components and anti-slip gel backing. Before washing, zip the cover completely closed. Wash the cover by itself. Do not wash with clothing, towels or items with buttons, zips, hooks or abrasive surfaces.
If machine washing, use cold water only, maximum 30°C. Use a gentle or delicate cycle. Use mild liquid detergent only. Do not bleach. Do not use stain removers. Do not use fabric softener.
Air drying is preferred. Line dry or lay flat in the shade. If tumble drying is required, use air fluff or the lowest heat setting only. Do not use high heat. Do not iron.
