Thank you for considering Icare Medical Group as your preferred supplier.
Your order will be received by our staff, and they’ll prepare your order for dispatch.
If your order is on an account; you will receive receive an order confirmation from our team with details of your order.
If you are an instant payment (cash sale) customer, you will receive an invoice from our system, after your payment has been processed.
Estimated dispatch times
Stock product orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 days, custom products are 10 days.
Custom products include upholstery (e.g. Homecare Beds and Headboards etc…
Any variations (e.g. part shipments or delayed orders) will be advised by email with ETA at time of order.

Northland/Auckland: 1-3 days
Rest of North Island: 1-5 days
South Island: 2-5 days
Home Deliveries

Returns & Exchange
Returns and refunds are processed as per Icare Return Policy.
If you order the wrong product by mistake, or the product you received was faulty either on arrival or during the warranty period.
Icare Medical Group makes it easy to return your product for repair, replacement or refund.
Opened, damaged or used products may incur a 15% restocking fee or may not be eligible for return, depending on the scenario.

Orders over $200 are freight free
Freight charge is $10 + 15% GST
